We judge ourselves against the highest standards in order to improve our own forex trading over time. How much Unleveraged returns, or Returns on Capital Employed (ROCE) do we generate?
This will always be lower than the Returns on Own Investment (ROI) which does not adjust for leverage. How does this matter to you as a potential Client of our forex trading signals? It gives you an objective measure to judge our performance.
When you hear someone say "I've generated 20% returns!", the question to be asked is "On what Leverage?" If the Leverage is 10 times, the unleveraged returns are 2%. If the leverage is 3 times, then the Unleveraged Returns are 6.7%. This is an effective measure to compare trading performance.
